The US Department of Labor said that ‘the routine compliance evaluation alleges that – between 2015 and 2017 – Mphasis Corp. discriminated against white applicants in favor of Asian applicants for computer systems analyst positions. Mphasis has denied all of the allegations of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
