Sep.25 -- Citigroup Inc. will spend $1 billion on efforts to help close the racial wealth gap over the next three years. That comes as the U.S. banking giant seeks to become an antiracist institution. The announcement comes alongside a report that the U.S. has lost $16 trillion due to the racial gap.
