Sep.24 -- On this episode of "Bloomberg Equality," Kathy Matsui, vice chair of Goldman Sachs Japan, discusses what she wants to see from the new government led by Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga in promoting gender diversity in the country. Seiko Noda, who was appointed executive acting secretary-general of the ruling Liberal Democratic Party, is one of the three women to snag a senior position under Suga, and she is already planning to challenge him for the ruling party leadership next year. Matsui speaks with Haidi Stroud-Watts and Shery Ahn.
