Sep.29 -- SPAC mania continues this week. Yesterday, shareholders of Tortoise Acquisition Corp. approved a merger with Hyliion Inc., a battery-powered truck company. The move allows Hyliion to go public without an additional IPO and will make its 28-year old founder a billionaire. Bloomberg’s Dani Burger reports on “Bloomberg Daybreak: Europe.”
