Oct.16 -- Bob Diamond, Atlas Merchant Capital founding Partner and chief executive officer says the biggest banks are even more systemic than they were in 2008, with more correlating risk to the national economy. He also sees a lot of investing opportunity in local banks. He joins David Westin on "Bloomberg Wall Street Week."
