Oct.06 -- New York Governor Andrew Cuomo says non-essential businesses and schools in coronavirus hot spots in the state must close by the end of the week. Cuomo announces plans for a "Cluster Action Initiative," where groups of cases would be geographically identified by red, orange and yellow, rather than ZIP codes.
