Summers, a Wall Street Week contributor and adviser to Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, warns that there's no way of knowing how long the pandemic will last. Hoover Institution Senior Fellow and Bloomberg Opinion Columnist Niall Ferguson says that efforts to contain the virus are going to look similar to measures used during the Spanish Flu until we have an effective vaccine.
