Oil little changed as Libya output decline offsets Asian demand worries

Brent futures rose 8 cents, or 0.1%, to $65.40 a barrel by 11:30 a.m. EDT (1530 GMT), while U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude rose 7 cents, or 0.1%, to $61.42.
