Oil hits 3-week high as China eases Covid curbs

Brent crude was up 56 cents, or 0.7%, at $84.48 a barrel by 1240 GMT and U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude gained 35 cents, or 0.4%, to $79.91. Both benchmarks hit their highest since December 5 earlier in the session
