Newly appointed Union Education Minister Pralhad Joshi on Saturday said he will fulfil this duty with complete humility and responsibility. Joshi was handed the additional charge of the Education Ministry after President Droupadi Murmu accepted the resignation of former education minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
