State Bank of India (SBI) successfully raised ₹4,691 crore through its first Additional Tier-1 (AT1) perpetual bond issuance of FY27 at a cut-off yield of 7.75%. Oversubscribed by over two times the base issue size, the issuance saw robust participation from qualified institutional bidders.
