Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) currently holds 23% stake in Canara HSBC OBC Life Insurance. Besides, another public sector lender Canara Bank has 51% stake and HSBC Insurance (Asia Pacific) Holdings Limited as foreign partner owns 26%.
